Shipping Time

Your orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, except in cases of force majeure. After your order is handed over to the carrier, PTT Kargo will send the Tracking Number via SMS to the mobile phone number registered in the system. If the shipment cannot be delivered during distribution, your package will be returned to us.Shipping delivery time varies depending on the country you are located in.

Delivery Receipt

When receiving your package, you should inspect it in the presence of the courier representative to check for any damage that may have occurred during transportation. If your product has been damaged during shipping, you must have a damage assessment report prepared by the courier representative and return the package to the courier representative who delivered it to you.

Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the buyer.
